Feature Discovery
Feature discovery introduces capability at the right moment—usually after someone has context, not on first login. Keep it skippable, specific, and easy to act on.
Writing guidelines
- Name the feature and the benefit in one breath.
- Use “New” or “Updated” only when it’s true—and not on every release.
- Primary action tries the feature; secondary dismisses without guilt.
- Limit to one discovery message per session when possible.
